UCCX8.0 Wallboard not displaying agent information

Dear All,

I am using Gilla-wallboard with uccx8.0. Everything is working fine except the agent statistics. Agents are not displayed in this link. Any help please .Struggling for the past 3 days :-(

Which user account are you using for the wallboard?  I had the same problem because I was using the wallboard user.  Switch to the HR reporting user, and you should have access to the agent page.

I did that still the same issue.  We have a firewall between the lan and server farm. So the ports are blocked. So once we allow the ports i will update. Thanks for the response.

I had the Gilla wallboard working on 7.x and am attempting to get it to work on 8.  I would greatly appreciate it if you could upload your gilla folder as a zip so I could see your parameters and .asp's.
