Unable to change the Outage in UCCX

Hi All,

I am not able to change the Outage announcement by dialing the Outage UCCX Trigger, although i am able to hear the Open/Closed announcement, but not getting any option where i can change the closing message.

Version of UCCX is - System version: 10.0.1.11001-37
