Unable to log into UCCX using application user

I'm getting "Log on failed - Invalid User ID or Password" when trying to log into the UCCX Administration page on an 8.6 system. I have run the following reset commands in CLI but am still getting the same login error:

utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password

utils reset_application_ui_administrator_name

Are these the correct commands to enter or is this for a different admin account?

You will need to find the user designated as the UCCX administrator by searching users on your CUCM server UCCX is integrated with CUCM via AXL for user authentication. Reset the password from CUCM.
