Unable to open Re-Skilling tool

Hi,

  I have cisco ICM 8.0. i am not abe to login to Reskilling tool. I tried restarting the Apache tomacat server. but unable to display the webpage.

What happens when you try to login ? Any errors seen ?

Are any services bouncing in your AW/HDS?

Are you trying the agent peripheral number of the Supervisor? I never have issues selecting the Peripheral and using Agent ID/password.

Thanks for the reply's . The issue has been solved . I cycled the distributor services and now iits working fine.
