We tried to use a Chrome for the browser of Finesse Desktop and we noticed that we cannot able to select a wrap up code after a call. Upon selecting a wrap up code and clicking the apply, there is no indication or check status to inform us that the wrap up code was successfully selected. Which means that we were unable to fully select a wrap up code using Chrome Browser.
We need to select Chrome or IE since this are the only browser allowed from the customer.
Appreciate your help on this one. UCCX version is 10.5.
Chrome is not a supported browser in UCCX 10.5
Chrome is supported from v11.5 onwards.

Can you try with Firefox, are you experiencing the same behavior?
For IE have you accepted all the certificates for CCX?
