Unable to use HTTPS communication between CVP and IOS devices

Hi,

Before upgrade VXML gateway from version 15.2 to 15.6 we used communication between CVP and VXML gateway by HTTPS but as done to upgraded to 15.6 on IOS we got the problem cannot using HTTPS to communicate between CVP and VXML GW. We got the error log from CVP in below.

My question is after upgrade the IOS version we should be re-import Certificate into VXML gateway ? If no How to re-enroll or re-trust that Certificate ?

have never used HTTPS communication between CVP and IOS, but check if below link may help you in re importing certificate on IOS. look for chapter Secure Communications Between Unified CVP and IOS Devices

In that link seem like import step but in case we already imported before upgrade then after we done in task of upgrade we need to know we must to re-import that Certificate or not. Thank you

Just try re-importing, if it works than basically you need to have it noted in implementation or upgrade guide.
