Understanding UpdateState.aef

Hi,

I'm new to the UCCX 8.x editor and I having some difficulty troubleshooting the problem the script.  When trying to update the status from Manual Open/Closed or Automatic, I receive the error message to contact the Administrator.  I believe it has to do with the user ID and password authenication.  Is there a document somewhere where this is detailed out, or someone can tell me where I would find the password file?

Did you get that from the script repository?  If so, all of those scripts come with READ ME's.

If not, then you would need to post the relevant section(s) of your script and possibly the MIVR logs.
