We are trying to build an agent through the CCMP api's and a part of the agent build process is to subscribe to the agent notifications via the subscription wsdl, unfortunately the wsdl discovery fails with a 404 error when i try to hit the end point mentioned in this ccmp documentation "https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/cisco_management_portal/ccmp11_6_1/Reference/guide/CCMP_Web_Services_Reference.pdf"
I can see that the service is up and running in the services console on the application server and i also see the server listening on port 8083 but the wsdl discovery is failing for some reason.
the url i am referring to is " https://<server>:8083/ServiceManagement?wsdl"
any pointers will be helpful.
