We have UCCX 10.0.1 and we have scheduled reports running for agents on Cisco Unified Intelligence Center .
The reports scheduled to mail are failing and we are getting the mail.
"SCHEDULED REPORT EXECUTION FAILED:EXCEEDED MAXIMUM CONCURRENT PDF DATASETS" instead of the reports.
Can anyone suggest where we need to look for rectifying the above.

I really have no clue, what happens if you change the report type to HTML or some other none PDF format?

The recipients need the reports in PDF format.

How many rows does the report have? If it is more than 1000, the PDF option will not work.
From the following document, you will see "Only 1000 rows are supported for a PDF file attachment. An email message is sent if the scheduled report exceeds 1000 rows."

You can try changing the report to HTML or XLS to check how many rows are being returned and make sure they work as they can handle up to 8000 rows for historical reports.
