Unique ID's for Call Records

Hi There all

If I wanted to query the records in IPCC database, is each record (contact) assigned a unique ID in the database and can this be used to return records from??

I am struggling to soft out this problem.

The composite of PeripheralCallKey and PerpipheralCallKeyDay identify a unique call. Do a search on Termination_Call_Detail for the ANI of the call you are interested in, find the two fields mentioned above and then do another query using them instead of ANI. That will show you all of the segments associated with that unique call.
