Updating Call Control Group display

I have customer that wants the display for her call control group DNs to display Service Center as opposed to Call Center.   I know that this is changed in the "Call Forward and Pickup Settings" section of the call control group, but I'm unsure if after updating the call control group if I have to resync jtapi in UCCX.

As soon as you make a change to the CCG, the change is pushed into CUCM, and therefore, you do not have to manually sync the two systems. You only have to sync the two systems manually when you suspect or know that the CUCM related configuration of UCCX was changed via CUCM and not via UCCX, and thus the two are out of sync.

Also note that, just like changing the display on a phone, a restart of the CTI Port will be required. However, the change itself, also restarts the port, waiting patiently for the port to be freed up.
