Upgrade CCX 8.0 to CCX 8.5

Hi Guys,

I am following doubt: My customer is trying to do upgrade of version 8.0 to 8.5, but, when he to do change version appear the message that is necessary license to do upgrade. Is necessary this license? That  type license is requirede?

The correct version: 8.0.2.10000-41

The correct version: 8.5.1.11001-35

UCCX 8.5 requires a new license, you will need to contact the Cisco  Licensing department and request them a lic for UCCX 8.5

Is this considered an upgrade, or just an in version upgrade where a no cost license upgrade is required?  Does it require going through the PUT tool?

Its consider as an upgrade because some ne features were instruduced so you need to purchase an upgrade license and I thing that you will need to go through PUT to request it
