Upgrade from 3.1 version to 9.X

Hi Guys,

I want to upgrade my UCCS 3.1 server to 9.x uccs. can i upgrade it directly or do i need any other version upgrade before upgrading the 9.x.

Hi, that's quite a switch :-)
No, it's not possible to upgrade it directly. However, considering that the upgrade path may go through 4., then 7., and then 9., I would consider starting from the very beginning.
