Hi All,
We have a customer that we need to upgrade their UCCX 10.5(1) to version 10.6(1). Upon checking, the upgrade will just be linux to linux wherein i think no cop file is needed. However, i checked the base version of UCCX 10.6(1) and saw below files/information:
With this, we just want to make sure that we will do the upgrade properly. Can we just upgrade the UCCX version 10.5(1) to 10.6(1)SU2?
or
We need to upgrade first to 10.6(1) and install a file first before upgrading to SU2 of 10.6?
Appreciate your advise.
Thank you so much.

You can check the CCX Software Compatibility Matrix
http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Unified_CCX_Software_Compatibility_Matrix_for_10.6(1)SU2
According to the Compatibility Matrix you can upgrade to 10.6(1)SU2 from 10.5(1)SU1
Hope this helps!

What version of 10.5(1) are you on? You will need to be on SU1 in order to be able to go to 10.6. Once you are on SU1 of 10.5 then you can go straight to 10.6(1)SU2.
