We are migrating our Cluster from Verison 7 to Version 9. We have the major CUCM issues addressed but would like to some input from those who have migrated UCCX from 7 to 9. Clearly some of the Scripts in Version 7 with c:\ file references will not run in 9. So how best to migrate a prodcution system? We had hoped to bring up the Version 7 UCCX on the new Version 9 CUCM but that looks like a dead end. If you have tackled this before we would welcome your comments.

Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
