If want to upgrade to CRS 4.0 do I need CDs? or I can download the latest version from CCO?
Running 3.5.3sr2 and CCM 4.1.3sr2

Hi,
You have to order Cisco IPCC Express 4.0 CD without CD it is not possible to upgrade from 3.5.3sr2 to CRS 4.0.

There has been a New Product Hold on all upgrades of IPCC Express 3.X to 4.0(X).

Justin,
You have to use PUT and your SASU contract to order the upgrade disks. If you are having trouble you can always contact licensing@cisco.com and they will help you out. Once you get the disks, you get a new PAK number and then you have re-register that PAK either through this link,

Once you get the new licenses, you can do the upgrade to 4.x
