Upgrade UCCX 9 to 10 (or 11)

Hello,

We are going to upgrade UCCX 9.0.1 to 10.x (or 11.x). On UCCX 9.0.1 we have installed licenses with the next feature: CRS_ENH_SEAT cisco 9.0 & CRS_ENHICDSRVR.

So, the questions is next

Whot we should do with licenses, how to migrate/upgrade it?
Do we should have some Cisco contract for upgrade?
