Upgrade UCCX 9.x STD to Enhance License

I have UCCX 9.x server installed with Standard license. I need to upgrade license to Enhanced. I have question regarding can I upgrade license on existing server or need to rebuild new server with Enhanced license type.

I have found SKU L-CCX-90-UPG-LIC which allows to order STD to ENH seat and server license. Do I need to order anything else? I could not find any documentation or guide that helps to upgrade license.

Hi

As I recall you can just add the 'upgrade' license which will enable the Enhanced features. As Enhanced includes everything that Standard includes nothing else will happen. You can then start configuring the new features and migrate to them as you see fit.
