Upload prompt step for ipccx 5.0

In IPCCX 5.0, what is needed before the upload prompt step (name to user, authenticate user etc..). In version 4.0 name to user worked. Is 5.0 different?

I think an Authenticate User step is required in IPCCX 5.x before the Upload Prompt/Document step.
