Before upgrading to CUCM/IMP 12.5SU, I had UCCX 12.0.1 Desktop Chat configured and working without Managed File transfer enabled or configured. After SU3 upgrade Desktop Chat now doesn't work. I'm assuming because I do not have MFT configured. We have no need for managed file transfer. Is there a way we can use UCCX Desktop chat without having managed file transfer configured?
