User does not appear as resource in UCCX

Hi,

We have a CUCM cluster 11.X and a UCCX (standalone) 11.X

We want to add an agent to UCCX, so on CUCM we give the user an IPCC extension and normally the user will show up as a resource. But not in this case.

From the user view on UCCX I can see the user and UCCX says it is an agent, butr when I click on "Configure Resource" I get the error "Error occurred while reading the Resource."

I made a local fake user with simple characters and not long names and I get the same error

I already did a reload of UCCX, but nothing changes

Has anyone seen this?

Sorry for not responding earlier

The problem was non Latin characters. The characters themselves are not the issue, but the total length is

It seems that CUCM has no issue with long non-Latin names, but UCCX has. We removed a UCCX user who had a long first and last name, and the database error disappeared
