User is not able to Login in CUIC 11.5

Hi,

While trying to login on CUIC i have received an error that your username and password are incorrect I'm using CUIC 11.5 UCCE

Does the user have an account on the CUIC server? Make Sure they show up in the Security > User List and are set with Login User and whatever other permissiosn you require.

In addition, make sure they are using the right domain when they try and log in.

As Bill suggested, do you sync users over LDAP or are these users local to CUIC.  If LDAP synced then use that domain name and if local users then use CUIC while login.

I hope you have Administrator account credentials to check security and permission settings for these users.

I have this same issue. LDAP logins were working with no issues, but all of a sudden, they stopped working. I have verified that the users are included in the user list. I have also re-synced users using the oamp interface.

So are you sure your LDAP connection is working properly? Is it all of your LDAP users who aren't working now for instance, or only certain ones? If it is everyone vs. only certain users, I'd have them verify if they see this same issue in other applications that you might have that use LDAP (call recording for instance) to see if it is just something related to CUIC or not.
