Hi, @vinothkumar what you mean by the question?
is there you mean the security authentication on finesse or something

How Finesse authentication is working? Once user enter username ,passwords and extension

Not 100% sure of the question either.  But...the authentication can be local (local user name and PW in call manager) or AD.  Maybe there is another way I am not familiar with it.  Finesse is also going to require an established audio path even if the user name and PW are correct.

For example CUIC using CUIC/LDAP for authentication to login CUIC reporting same what options or service on finesse using for authentication agent login details. Once user enter username ,passwords and extension. Where its should getting authentication.

It uses user information from CUCM. If you have configured CUCM for synchronisation and authentication with AD then the password would come from AD.

To break this down the could possibly make this clearer.

  • User name - Gets from CUCM
  • Password - Gets from CUCM or AD, or any other type of LDAP directory used
  • Extension - Gets from CUCM
