Users see CCX Agents number once call is connected

The CC manager is complaining that internal users can see the agents extension once the call is in the connected state.

Is the any way off blocking the Agents number from being displayed once connected to another ip phone in the cluster, for external callers we do not have the issue.

When the agents dial out then i have applied a calling party transformation to show the acd pilot number.

I have 2 work around's, to simply translate all calls to the agents extension to the pilot number for internal users or make them not reachable from internal users.

You can change the fields in Call Manager that are used for internal Caller ID.  This should fix your issue.
