Using Cisco Agent Desktop on more than one phone

We have contact center agents who will be logging into Cisco Agent Desktop while connected to their physical phones will work, and then will be using Cisco IP Communicator from another laptop at home with a USB headset. As I understand it, only one phone at a time for a given user can be associated with the rmuser JTAPI application user, otherwise there will be JTAPI login errors. Can a user be associated to more than one phone and have both phones associated with the UCCX JTAPI application user and log into Cisco Agent Desktop from either one?

Yes, that's fine. Look at the UCCX release notes, there's a section for 'Unsupported Configurations for Agent Phones' as well as 'Supported Configurations for Agent Phones'. Here you go.
