VIP Address For UCCX HA

Hello Everyone,

Is there a way to associate the UCCX Pub and Sub to a VIP address as we do in an HA CUBE?

We need to make the failover of the Pub to Sub or vice versa transparnet to our agents. They need to use a single address to connect to the active server. I understand that the failover in a HA UCCX envirnoment works well but when the primary server is not available and an agent needs to connecte, he/she needs to use the address of the secondary server. We need to provide an single address to our agents and not to be worried which server is the master. Would this be possible?

An in-line load balancer is not supported and will not work! You can use a GTM-style HTTP redirect mechanism though where the load balancer steps out of the traffic path. See this thread:
