Visibility of agents in live data gadgets and CUIC reports

Greetings!

 In finesse live data gadgets a supervisor  sees not only members of her team but all operators which are logged in. Can it be fixed somehow ? The supervisor uses the default finesse desktop layout.

Also, in CUIC stock reports the supervisor can see all agents and CSQs in UCCX. Is it possible to limit visibility of entities ?

UCCX version 11.0.

2nd question can be rephrased as is it possible to limit visibility of collections for the Historical Report Users in CUIC?
