Voicemail message

Scenario:

User A the Director wants to transfer her voicemail message to her employee to listen to from her extension 9299 to

User B  the employee extension 9297.

In other words How does the director transfer her voicemail message from her extension to the employee's extension so that the employee can hear the message.

the Cisco phones at the work place is:

CISCO IP PHONE SPA504G.

Hello

Anyone can here the VM message from other Person from his phone if he knows the ID and password for the VM BOX.

Press the message button on phone and than press * , it will ask the user id and password so enter the user id and password of the user who VM you want to listen and it will play.
