I understand these are features of Premium UCCX. But do you have to turn on a service? Or is it just indicating that you can connect to a server that is capable of these features? Please excuse my lack of knowledge on this subject as we do not use this in our current enviroment

Hi,

once you have uploaded the correct license file and restarted the server, there's no need to turn on anything. With UCCX Premium, you'll have unrestricted access to all UCCX features. For instance, with UCCX Standard if you try to run a script with a piece of custom Java code, the server will throw an exception (error message) and refuse to execute the script.
