Versions:
CVP 12.5 Standalone
VVB 12.5
Description:
In CVP application we have an VXML insert element with a Form tag which uses such grammar definition:
And it works perfectly with Unimrcp-server as an ASR/TTS provider.
Due to access a session data inside VoiceXML insert, we use a root document of CVP-application as follows:
As a result, we can successfully get a session_id in VoiceXML insert:
But CVP begins to return a Grammar type not supported error on Form tag:
1300090: Sep 07 10:35:47.459 NOVT %MIVR-SS_VB-7-UNK:[CALLID=30fb6680-f551aa8a-15933e-b641aac] playAndRecognize(): Grammar type not supported; nested exception is:
com.cisco.dialogservices.UnsupportedGrammarException: Grammar type not supported
1300091: Sep 07 10:35:47.459 NOVT %MIVR-SS_VB-7-UNK:[CALLID=30fb6680-f551aa8a-15933e-b641aac] playAndRecognize done.
1300092: Sep 07 10:35:47.459 NOVT %MIVR-SS_VB-7-UNK:[CALLID=30fb6680-f551aa8a-15933e-b641aac] VBEventHandler::handleEvent event: error: Grammar type not supported; nested exception is:
com.cisco.dialogservices.UnsupportedGrammarException: Grammar type not supported
We are trying to use different types of grammar, and its definitions with no luck.
So the question is:
How to use builtin grammar builtin:speech/transcribe with CVP root document used?
Is builtin grammar supported by CVP VoiceXML insert element?
