Subject :-

1) VXML application hotevent  "connection.disconnect.hangup" causes infinite loop , Comprehensive Model , CVP 11.6 along with VVB.

We have a Observation , when we catch HotEvent "connection.disconnect.hangup" in vxml application, it catches the hotevent but session gets into loop and application re-catches the HotEvent at "CVP SubDialog Return" element.

this loop continues unless we restart the VXMLService or we restart the VVB Engine.

I believe we are hitting Cisco bug CSCve28300.

Did anyone encounter this ? any pointers for workaround ?

bug says there is no workaround, I am in process of reaching out to TAC.

What are you trying to do in catching the hangup event? There may be another way to do this.

Thanks Brent, we had discussion on other thread and did found a work-around.

I had to execute few DB Insert calls and few web-service calls post disconnect event.

Changed in HotEvents Strings with VVB11.6
