Using the Free Wallboard application with UCCX 7.0(1)SR05_Build504
The spnlnk.dll fix for disappearing agents has also been applied to CAD workstations.
Currently experiencing issue when drilled-down to the specific Queue, the queue statistics are displaying correctly, but the agent statistics either are missing logged-in agents or the logged-in agents dissapear with no change in status. When the agents are listed, it is showing correct information such as current status, time in status, etc. Anyone else experiencing this issue or know what is going on?

We've had the same issue where agents pop in and out of the CSD view. It looks like it is sometimes related to the users PC having multiple instances of agent.exe running. There is a fix for it

We have to install on the impacted users machines (not all users are impacted) the fix for the splkstd.dll and that has resolved the issue of agents not showing in CSD or popping in and out (if this is truly the same issue you've been experiencing). If so, below are the instructions on how to fix it and attached is the patched splkstd.dll file
1. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\bin on the agent PC
2. Rename the existing SplkStd.dll to something new
3. Extract the attached file to the path above.
4. Reboot the PC

As I noted in the original post, the CSD issue was already patched to correct that issue, but the Free Wallboard application seems to loose the individual agents' details, although the Queue stats showing the number of agents, calls, etc operate correctly and on time. The agents will appear and dissappear in the Wallboard application only.

I am currently having the same issue, although I have not tried to implement splkstd.dll. Did you find a resolution?
