Want busy tone when max session reached

Hi, 

Hoping someone can help with this. We've got a UCCX application that is very busy and has several triggers.

I've set the max sessions on the application to 30, and all the triggers are unchecked to use the default session numbers.

When all the sessions are in use, I'm getting an error message. I know I can put a default script in place, but the caller will get charged for this, whereas I believe if a busy tone is heard then at least they won't get charged.

On a test app, if I set the max sessions to 1, and put two calls in, I get a busy tone, so I can't work out what the difference is.

They have several triggers to identify which site was called, but if I have to flatten this to one trigger then I could do.

Hi there

Just wondering whats the error message you are getting when the session is max out. It should automatically give out the busy tone if the max session is reached. May be if you are getting some generic error message, you could try replacing that with a busy prompt wav file
