Way in CAD to disable window with warnings, messages

Does anyone know if there is a way in agent desktop to disable the message window/dialog that pops up when they loose connection to server, or it reconnects?

Hi

Not possible as far as I know - and you probably wouldn't want to, as the user needs to go 'ready' anyway - so if they didn't get the popup they probably wouldn't realize their state had changed.
