We are seeing incorrect realtime agent stats in UCCX 7.x version

The realtime agent stats do not match with supervisor desktop or historical reporting.  Not ready stats are way off.  Ha anyone have any idea on this?  I have restarted the CRS engine.  It seemd to work for couple of days and then it went back to same issue.  Please advice??

We have the same problem on 7.x. We have always used the stats as more of a guide, since they are often incorrect.

Thanks for your response buddy!  We don't rely on these stats either.  However, some agents like to see those stats to see their progress.  I wonder why there are discrepancies between agent and supervisor stats because both of them are being pulled from same data source..
