web chat with UCCX 10.X

Dear Experts;

One of our customer has UCCX 10.0 and it is a bank.

they want in the bank website there should be LIVE Chat option will come so that any customer who wnats to directly chat with agents can click the "Live chat" and fill up a small form and submit so that it will go to the UCCX agents.

Please advice how we can do this.

i heard about social miner but how to add the Live chat form in customer bank website I don't know.

Appreciate your advice for this.

Hi,

Yes SocialMiner is what you need to do that.

When you define the Chat CSQ is UCCX, the last step will generate the html code you can use in the web site (comprising a form example, action button and redirect information to SocialMiner url).

Hey,
You can use dcloud to login, then go to remote rdp there,
then open chrome and open a new tab, it will redirect to their https://mm-static.cxdemo.net/uccx/12.5v3.html,
on that open uccx administrator under dropdown labelled as Admin Link,
After login go to subsystems>Chat and Widget>Web Chat.
fill the form and in the end , html will be generated, copy and use it,
