Hello I have a question , Webex Contact Center support campaign Outbound IVR like robotic for will be  used to reach a large volume of customers with customized messages like balance?

You want to have some kind of outbound campaign to tell customers they have an outstanding balance?

That's certainly possible, what do you have already or what have you tried?

@Quigath , where do you see that documented? The Webex Contact Center Campaign guide mentions agent-based campaigns, but I think @santiago_figueroa is looking for an IVR-based campaign.

WebexCC does not support IVR based outbound campaigns as of today.
