I got the Cisco Webex Contact Center developer Sandbox access with pre-configured agents and other settings. One of the prospective customer would like to see Webex contact center in action through all available channel simulation. Prior to that, as a Partner can we get the instance with all channels enabled? (Chat, Email, Social Media along with Voice?). Also can we integrate our existing CRM into the instance to give customized demo? Please advise.

(Am still facing issue in my developer sandbox which got only Voice channel enabled. Couldn't receive successfully an inbound call till this moment as getting RONA error)
