I have a CCX customer that is using Monet WFM that is migrating to WxCC but want to keep their Monet WFM.
the Webex CC Data sheet it states:
Workforce management (WFM) integration ● Allows customers to integrate their existing WFM systems with Webex Contact Center. ● Provides historic agent activity data for agent scheduling within a third-party WFM. ● Provides real-time, event-driven agent activity notification for adherence computation.
Is there a list of existing WFM platforms that WxCC supports?
Are there any 3rd Party WFM solutions on the roadmap for integration support?
