After successful login into webview, the top and left frame comes out as expected but the main/data frame displays the browser error, 'Page Not Found'

What is the login that you are using to view the reports. You need to create a user in the icm before you use ICM webview.
Also on the internet explorer properties go to general -->settings and change the option to "every visit to this page".
Clear the cache and try.

Hi,
I have created the user in ICM and assigned the user to be a supervisor so that he has permission to view the reports.
I have managed to log-in because I could see the top and left panel of WebView. It is the main panel that displays the list of reports that missing.
I have also set the properties as mentioned. Please further advice...

1. Did you install 3rd Party applications
2. Have you restarted Jaguar Service?

We had this type of problem. If you modified the permissions on the drives then you will run into this.
We had to assign the following directories with the Everyone group and Full control.
C:\sybase
C:\inetpub
C:\icm
C:\jdk1.3.1
C:\new atlanta
Also make sure the Jaguar service in Windows 2000 is running. It also has an account from the 3rd party CD setup and from the ICM AW/HDS install.
