WebView Reporting Page is blank

Hi Great Guys,

My webview reporting page is blank. It does not show any data.This application is installed on the same machine as the distributor AW.The relevant databases are in place but the webview reporting page does not show any data when open.

Does anyone know what could be the problem. The installation procedure for this application was followed step by step so as to get it right.

If this is ICM7 - most common cause is TLS1.0 is not enabled in the browser. As the last part of setup there is a warning specifically about that.

Tools / Internet Options / Security Tab - near the bottom
