WFO QM 11.5 Installation Issue

Hello everyone,
Sorry for having low knowledge about WFO and QM Stuff.
I am trying to install WFO-QM and facing these issue :

First.
Error : services could not be contacted. Verify Jetty and Data API services have been started
Condition : When QM trying to connect to the Database.
Caused By : "Reporting Services" of SQL server is used port 80. (SQL server/application is coresident with QM.)

status : Done.

Second.
Error : Could not set Recording Home Directory: Timed out waiting for Jetty Service to start (Error capture is attached - "1.Recording Home Directory Error").
Condition : on installation wizard; site settings step; set Storage Loc.
Fact & Document reference : the error said timed out waiting for Jetty service, but i have checked that qmJetty service in Running state (attached - "2.qmJetty Service is Running"). and i found the error on Cisco Documentation, but sadly the documentation doesn't give any suggestion (Error code "QMPI2046" attached - "3.Cisco Doc for this issue").
Thoughts : none.
Question : Please, advice, how this can be fixed.
