Hello, the Cisco Experts -
We need to add the Agent Chat feature for our Virtual Agent Console application
The Agent Console currently utilizes the .Net Finesse APIs for the rest of the Agent operations (LOGIN, READY, ANSWER, HOLD, etc.)
What SDK would you recommend for implementing the Agent Chat feature? - The Finesse SDK does not seem to provide such APIs
