Where did the agent go?

UCCX / Finesse 11.6

Occasionally a logged in agent that is in Not-Ready, will disappear from all supervisor desktops. Then, just as mysteriously, they will reappear. Thus far I have seen this with only 1 agent. Is this a CUCM configuration issue?

Sounds like a CCX/CUIC bug to me, might want to open a TAC case for it.

issue resolved?

No. I have yet to contact TAC on this issue. I am currently working with them on other Finesse issues.

Often these type of issue resolves after rebooting agent machine and from supervisor's side logout & log back in.
