WIM chat do not shows face correctly

Hello I need help!

I noticed that the faces that are sent to the employer's side did not appear to the agent. Onlythe faces will appear the same agent gets. But the window of the employer if you develop allthe faces that come into the chat

can you see the attachment?

Only partners have access to that portal & perhaps that's the reason for the accessibility issue. The query is still not answered but whenever it does, I'll post the resolution here for everyone's interest.

Hello Andrew,  I test this with version 6 and 9 both have same issue, also to do same with firefox mozilla.

If you set IE to IE 7 or IE 8 compatibility mode on the agent side, does that make any difference?

Emoticons/Smileys do not show up in chat

Under normal conditions
The link provided from WIM is wrong

Workaround:
None
