Windows 10 support in PCCE/Finesse

When will Windows 10 be a supported operating system on which to run Finesse?  I hear this is coming in 11.5, but will it be coming to 11 at some point as well?  What is the issue keeping Win10 from being supported?

Finesse 11.5 will support Win 10 but we don't have any plans to add support to 11.0 or earlier at this time.

It may not be supported, but does anyone know if it works on Windows 10 with Firefox?  We are upgrading a customer that is running Windows 10 and CAD 8.5 in compatability mode today which isn't supported, but works.  During the upgrade they want to migrate to Finesse, but we aren't sure if it will work or not.  Would prefer not to wait for 11.5.
