Hello. I have a UCCX Workforce Optimization Compliance Recording 8.5 installation that I am currently having issues logging into the webpage to view recordings. This is linked to active directory and has done this in the past but usually a server reboot fixes the issue. All my other cisco products that are using AD for authentication are not having this issue. Anyone else experienced this?
