Workarounds for being assigned a chat task while on a voice call?
I have a team that wants to be able to receive chat tasks in ECE while on a Finesse voice call (I know...bad idea). We are on UCCE and ECE 11.6. Since voice calls are uninterruptible, are there any workarounds to make this happen? If so, what are the downsides in regard to feature/functionality?
I just don't think this is possible as you said the MRD for voice is uninterruptible. The flip side of this issue is that you increase the amount of tasks an agent gets thus ensuring their are constantly working on a task. Kind of a backwards ways of thinking about it really, but could work.
