Workforce Manager - Invalid Active Directory Credential on Setup

Does anyone have any insight as to why I keep getting invalid credentials when setting up WFM authentication to active directory? I have gone as far as pulling a packet capture to ensure the WFM server is sending the correct credentials to the AD server and its correct but the AC server still replies back with invalid.

Can you send snapshot of AD configuration in WFM. Check the username you are using must be in same OU you are entering in user display name.
