How long does the Wrap Code screen stay up? Also can I increase that time? Can I make it mandatory to choose one?

It all depends on your settings. Usually 8-12 seconds. Yes and to make it mandatory you give agents a must option to select so it stays there.
Also note your other settings do impact when you make agents ready for next call.

The supervisor thinks it goes away too quick and she wants the selection to be mandatory. We are running UCCX 5.02. I looked in the Admin tool, but can't seem to find any settings that say how long to keep that window up. It doesn't seem to be tied to the Work time setting for the agents.
